1. The Customer, being a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Sale Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason is possible only for customers who have entered into a remote agreement or an agreement concluded outside the business premises.
2. The deadline to withdraw from the Sale Agreement expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer, being a Consumer, came into possession of the subject of the order or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, being a Consumer, came into possession of the subject of the order.
3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Sale Agreement, the Customer, being a Consumer, is obliged to inform in writing at the Store's address for the correspondence or via Store's e-mail address about his decision to withdraw from the Sale Agreement by way of an unambiguous statement (letter sent by post, courier or e-mail).
4. The Customer, being a Consumer, may also use the template of the withdrawal form, which constitutes Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions but it is not mandatory. The Customer, being a Consumer, may also fill out and send the withdrawal form from the Sale Agreement or any other unambiguous statement by electronic means on the Store's Website (using the contact form). If the Customer, being a Consumer, uses this option, the Store will immediately send him a confirmation of receipt of information about the withdrawal from the Sale Agreement on a durable medium (for example by e-mail).
5. In order to keep the deadline to withdraw from the Sale Agreement, it is sufficient that the Customer, being a Consumer, sends information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the Sale Agreement before the deadline to withdraw from the Sale Agreement.
6. In the event of withdrawal from the Sale Agreement, the Seller shall return to the Customer, being a Consumer, all payments received from this Customer, including the costs of delivering the subject of the order (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer's chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed about the decision of the Customer, being a Consumer, about exercising his right to withdraw from the Sale Agreement.
7. The Seller makes the refund of payment, referred to in paragraph 6 above, using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer, being a Consumer, in the original transaction, unless the Customer, being a Consumer, explicitly agrees otherwise. In each case, the Customer, being a Consumer, does not bear any fees in connection with this return.
8. The Seller may withhold payment until the subject of the order has been received or until the proof of return is provided to him, whichever occurs first.
9. The subject of the order should be sent back to the Seller immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer, being a Consumer, informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the Sale Agreement. The deadline is met if the Customer, being a Consumer, sends back the subject of the order before the deadline of 14 days.
11. The Customer, being a Consumer, is liable only for the decrease in the value of the subject of the order resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the subject of the order.
12. The subject of the order returned by the Customer should be protected is such away that it will not be damaged or destroyed, in particular by using an appropriate packaging to secure the subject of the order against damage.
13. In order to improve the service, the returned subject of the order should be marked with the return number: Order ID. This number can be obtained via the website of the Store or via the contact form. Order ID should be clearly written in a visible place on the parcel. The seller can not guarantee the receipt of parcels without a visible Order ID.
14. All concepts used in this Returns Policy have the meaning given to them in the General Terms of Sale on the Store's Website.
15. In matters not covered by this Returns Policy, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale on the Store's Website shall apply.
